Thank you for shopping with OiishiOrganics. Every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Time Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location. Typical delivery estimates after your order leaves us:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note these are carrier estimates and not guarantees.
3. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
4. Incorrect Addresses You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. OiishiOrganics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at leesa@oiishiorganics.com before your order ships.
5. Marked as Delivered but Not Received If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are happy to assist you with filing a carrier claim but cannot guarantee a replacement.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages OiishiOrganics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at leesa@oiishiorganics.com
We will review your claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
